Aid & Relief Worldwide

Worldwide initiatives are driven by relief organisations, such as NGOs (Non Governmental Organisations), to aid populations displaced by natural disasters and war.

Diverse supplies such as agricultural tools, blankets, boats, clothing, emergency kits, financial means, food, spare parts, tents and other tools are needed to accomplish these goals. For these materials, and more, the NGOs send out a bulletin to organisations and individuals who can fill the orders.

DB, which is known as De Baanderij and based in Gouda (The Netherlands), is such an organisation, with a unique and realistic difference. Since 1999 DB has operated with an idealistic vision without profit. Time and time again, large and small NGOs notice that this method of operation results in great savings. Therefore the money earmarked by the donors for specific destinations actually get there. Other hallmarks of DB are:

  • Customer oriented, no-nonsense work ethic
  • Direct and speedy communication
  • Guaranteed good service
  • Highest quality, most competitive price
  • Quick delivery

Work ethic DB

DB works on the basis of a partnership. Nothing is more important than the success of your project.

We give each project 100% effort because the lives and well being of our fellowman is most important. Your offer of help, and our delivery, results in an experience to treasure.

Together we professionally and quickly can deliver the help needed, at the lowest non-profit cost. This can only happen because of the support of a petrol station and car-wash under the same banner, generating income for DB. Naturally our costs are low through dedicated volunteers co-operating with one another.

From the start of project to its very destination, our communication with you is foremost. Much of the donated resources can be delivered on demand. For example we often have ex-army 4x4 and 6x6 trucks in stock: DAF YA4440 4x4, DAF YAZ2300 6x6, MAN KAT 4x4 / 6x6 / 8x8, Mercedes 1017 4x4, but also tractor units, cranes, trailers and so on. Specific questions? Don't hestitate, ask us!
